Reach out to us through our online form, phone call, or email. We'll promptly respond and arrange a complimentary consultation in your outdoor area.

Consultation:
We'll visit your outdoor space or project site at a time that works for you. During this initial meeting, we'll listen to your ideas and explore various options. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and learn about our range of products

Design and Quote:
While discussing your needs, we'll take measurements and provide you with a comprehensive range of colour samples. Shortly after, we'll present you with a custom design and a detailed quote for each option discussed.

Manufacture:
Once we have finalised the product, measurements, and colour choices, our skilled team will begin manufacturing your bespoke solution. Our purpose-built workshop in Killinchy is where the magic happens.

Installation:
This step is our favourite part. After completing the manufacturing process, we'll return to your outdoor space or project site to install your personalised shading solution. If necessary, we'll first establish sturdy foundations for your sail or umbrella. We may also make subsequent visits to adjust the tension of your new sail.

Shade Services:
Our relationship doesn't end with installation. We provide ongoing shade services including takedowns and reinstallations over winter, sail retentions, cleaning of your sail or umbrella.
